Individual suites are leased to hair stylists, nail technicians, brow and lash artists, tattoo and permanent makeup artists, and other beauty or wellness professionals, in one-, two- or three-chair sizes.

Each tenant pays one weekly fee that covers utilities and Wi-Fi. Tenants set their own service and product prices, choose the brands they carry, and keep all of the profits from their business. Each suite has its own lock and key on a Sola glass door, and the suite can be decorated and furnished by the tenant. Access hours vary by location.

Each suite includes a styling chair and a shampoo bowl. Tenants also share building conveniences: around-the-clock security, full-spectrum lighting, on-demand hot water, janitorial staff, laundry facilities on site, a break room and restrooms.

Sola runs as a suite rental model: each professional operates an independent business from a private, lockable space, with control over pricing, products and décor.
