Each suite is move-in ready and fully furnished, and it is designed for hairstylists, estheticians, medical estheticians, permanent-makeup artists, lash techs, barbers, nail techs and massage therapists.
Each suite comes with a styling chair and a shampoo bowl. Renters pay one weekly fee that covers all utilities and Wi-Fi. Each suite has its own lock and key on its glass door, so renters can keep their space private.
The location has 24/7 security, full-spectrum lighting, on-site laundry, a breakroom and bathroom facilities. Access hours vary by location, and renters set their own work schedules.
Renters run their own businesses. They set their own service and product prices and keep the profits, choose the brands and products they sell and keep all product profits, and decide on the artwork, music, furniture and decor in their suite. According to the business, suite rent costs about the same as renting a chair or booth in a traditional salon.
