The company describes itself as the largest, fastest-growing salon studio business and says it has a community of more than 20,000 beauty professionals across over 700 locations nationwide. This Clovis location is independently owned and operated under the Sola Salon Studios franchise.
Each suite comes with a styling chair and a shampoo bowl, along with full-spectrum lighting, sound-insulated walls, ventilation and instant hot water. Shared building amenities include on-site laundry, a breakroom, bathrooms and janitorial services, and the building has 24/7 security.
Tenants pay one weekly fee that covers utilities and Wi-Fi. They have 24/7 access to their suite, though access hours vary by location, and each suite has a glass door with its own lock and key. Tenants can decorate their suites as they like, and they choose and sell their own brands and products while keeping all profits from their services and product sales.
The model gives independent beauty professionals a private, fully equipped space to run their own business, with the tenant setting prices, choosing products and keeping the earnings.
Each suite can be personalized with the tenant's own artwork, music and furniture.
