Each suite comes with a styling chair, a shampoo bowl, utilities, full-spectrum lighting, a breakroom, bathroom facilities, janitorial service and on-site laundry, with 24/7 security across the building. Every suite has a glass door with its own lock and key. Renters pay one weekly fee that covers all utilities and Wi-Fi. Access hours vary by location.
Renters run their own businesses here. They set their own service and product prices, choose the brands and products they sell, and keep all of the profit from both. They set their own working hours, have exclusive use of their supplies and equipment, and can decorate the suite as they like.
