Studios come in standard, large and double (two-chair) sizes. Each one has its own glass door with an individual lock and key, and comes with shampoo bowls, styling chairs, over-sized glass doors and high-end cabinets. Tenants pay one weekly fee that covers all utilities and Wi-Fi.
Tenants set their own prices and their own working hours, choose which products they sell, and keep the profits from both services and products. They also have exclusive use of their own supplies and equipment. The business says it has more than 20,000 independent business owners in its community.
