Sola Salons Clovis

Sola Salons leases private salon suites to beauty professionals who work for themselves. Each suite comes fully equipped with full-spectrum lighting, a shampoo bowl, a styling chair and instant hot water, and the walls are sound-insulated with ventilation built in. Shared spaces include a breakroom, bathroom facilities, janitorial service and on-site laundry, and the location has 24/7 security. Suite access hours vary by location.

Renters receive a key and their own lock for the suite's glass door. They pay one weekly fee that covers all utilities and Wi-Fi. Renters set their own service and product prices, choose which products they sell and keep the profits from both. They also decide their own working hours within the suite access hours.

The company states it has more than 20,000 beauty professionals in its community and 700+ locations nationwide. Prospective renters can request a tour or a salon suite lease through the website. Locations listed on the page include Clovis East, Fig Garden Village, Fort Washington, Riverpark, Herndon Place and a Visalia site.

Renters run their own businesses from a private suite, setting their own prices, product selection and hours within the access window.
