The Bellevue location is one of nine in the Nashville area, and access to suites is 24/7 with hours that vary by location. Each suite has a glass door with its own lock and key, and comes with full-spectrum lighting, a shampoo bowl, a styling chair, instant hot water and janitorial service. Shared spaces include laundry, bathrooms and a breakroom, and security is staffed around the clock.
Owners run their own business. They set their own schedule and hours, choose the artwork, music, furniture and decor for their suite, and set their own service and product prices. They also choose which products they sell and keep the profits from both services and products. Owners pay one weekly fee that covers all utilities and Wi-Fi. The company says this comes to roughly what a chair or booth rental would cost, and describes its pricing as having no surprise fees.
