Each suite has a glass door with its own lock and key. Suites are fitted with full-spectrum lighting, a shampoo bowl, a styling chair and sound-insulated walls. Renters can decorate the suite and choose its artwork and furniture themselves. Shared amenities include bathroom facilities, a breakroom, instant hot water and on-site laundry, and janitorial service is included. The suites have 24/7 security, though access hours vary by location.

Renters pay a single weekly fee that covers utilities and Wi-Fi, and the site lists no additional fees. Renters choose the brands and products they sell and keep all of the profits from them.
