Renters can choose a standard, large or double studio. Each one comes move-in ready with a shampoo bowl and a styling chair, so a renter can start working without fitting out the space.
Each studio has its own lock and a key for its own door, and the front entrance is self-locking. The building has 24/7 security and 24/7 building access, although studio access hours vary by location. Shared facilities include bathrooms, on-site laundry and a breakroom. Studios have full-spectrum lighting, and the suites include Wi-Fi and utilities.
Renters pay one weekly fee that covers all utilities and Wi-Fi, with no additional fees added on top. Tenants set their own service and product prices and keep all profits from the products they sell. The company says its community includes more than 20,000 independent business owners.
Each studio is independently owned and operated by the professional who rents it, and tenants set their own prices.
