Each suite is designed for the independent professional and comes with full-spectrum lighting, utilities, a shampoo bowl and a styling chair.
Tenants pay one weekly fee that covers all utilities and Wi-Fi. Within their suites, tenants set their own service and product prices, choose the brands and products they sell, keep all of their profits, set their own work hours and have exclusive use of their supplies and equipment.
The company says it has more than 20,000 independent business owners in its community. Each Sola Salon Studios location is independently owned and operated. Nearby are Core Power Yoga, several restaurants and a Starbucks.
