Sola Salons Arte KC - Crossroads

Sola Salons Stateline offers self-contained studio suites for professionals who want to run their own businesses rather than work as employees of a salon. Each suite is a private room with its own glass door, lock and key, and the suites are move-in ready with a styling chair and a shampoo bowl.

The suites are built for working professionals. Full-spectrum lighting, sound-insulated walls and ventilation are included, and shared areas cover on-site laundry, bathroom facilities, a breakroom and janitorial service.

Renters pay one weekly fee that covers utilities and Wi-Fi, and the business says there are no additional fees. Renters set their own work hours within the access hours of the location, decide their own service and product prices, and choose which brands they carry. They keep the profits from their services and product sales.

The business states that renting a private suite costs about the same as renting a chair or booth in a traditional salon. It also describes its Stateline location as a premier private salon and spa suite rental in the area, and says its wider community includes more than 20,000 independent business owners. Each Sola Salon Studios franchise is independently owned and operated.

Renters run their own businesses from a private suite, setting their own hours, prices and product lines.
