Sola Salons Plainview

Sola Salons rents private salon suites to independent beauty professionals. Its Upland studios are at Upland Town Square, and the business describes those spaces as premier and luxury. Each Sola Salon Studios franchise location is independently owned and operated, so the name covers several separately run locations.

Tenants pay one weekly fee that includes utilities and Wi-Fi. They set their own service and product prices, choose the brands they sell, and keep the profits from both. Each suite has its own key, and tenants set their own work hours within the access hours for their location.

Suites are equipped with full-spectrum lighting, a shampoo bowl, a styling chair and ventilation, with sound-insulated walls and instant hot water. Tenants can personalize their space with artwork, music, furniture and decor. The business says it has a community of more than 20,000 independent business owners.

Each tenant runs a self-contained business in a private suite, setting prices, products and hours independently.
