Sola Salons Riverside

Sola Salons Riverside rents private, fully furnished salon, medical and wellness suites. Each suite has its own glass door with an individual lock and key, and the building offers on-site parking, 24/7 security and individual studio locks. Suites include full-spectrum lighting, a shampoo bowl, a styling chair, sound-insulated walls, ventilation and instant hot water. Tenants may personalize their studios with artwork, music, furniture and decor.

Leases are month-to-month. Tenants pay one weekly fee that covers all utilities and Wi-Fi, and no additional fees are listed. Tenants set their own service and product prices and keep the profits, and they choose which brands and products to carry while keeping all of the profit from those sales. Access hours vary by location, and tenants set their own schedules within them.

The company says it has a community of more than 20,000 independent business owners. Each Sola Salon Studios location is independently owned and operated.

Each tenant runs an independent business from a private suite, with control over pricing, product selection and scheduling.

Private, individually locked suites that tenants can personalize.
