It holds 40 individual studios for hair stylists, estheticians, eyebrow artists, barbers, makeup artists and other cosmetology professionals. A large patio overlooks the shops and restaurants along 4th Street.

Each studio is ready to move into and comes with shampoo bowls, cabinets and shelving, plus styling chairs and full-spectrum lighting. Every studio has its own glass door with a lock and key, and the building has 24/7 security. One weekly fee covers the studio along with utilities and Wi-Fi. Access hours vary by location.

The business says it has a community of more than 20,000 independent business owners.
