Sola Salons Wayne

Sola Salons rents studio space to independent salon professionals, who run their own businesses from the studios. The business describes itself as a premier provider of salon studios.

The Newton studio is on the street level of One Newton Place, an office building in Newton Corner. It is a few minutes from Watertown Square and sits right off the Mass Pike (I-90). Parking is available in an attached indoor garage, an adjacent municipal lot, and on nearby streets.

Renters get a start-up manual with checklists, forms and tips for obtaining a salon license and other permits, plus guidance on setting up a studio, including insurance, equipment and paint. Support also includes credit card processing tips, retail support and distributor contacts. Renters have access to liability insurance and, in certain areas, disability insurance.

Renters can also use retail discounts, offers for online scheduling, continuing education programs and industry events. The business hosts community events for renters, such as cocktail parties and family picnics.

Every Sola Salon Studios franchise site has its own owner who runs it. The same holds for each salon professional and salon business working inside a Sola location, which also has its own separate owner.

Studios are rented to independent professionals who run their own businesses, with setup guidance and support provided to renters.

Renters gather for social events such as cocktail parties and family picnics.
