Sola Salons Nashua

Sola Salons is a suite building rather than a salon with its own staff. It rents individual, fully equipped rooms to independent professionals who run their own businesses, so clients book with the tenant who works in each suite. Each Sola Salon Studios location is independently owned and operated.

Each tenant has a key to their own suite, sets their own working hours and has exclusive use of their supplies and equipment. Tenants pay one weekly fee that covers utilities and Wi-Fi. They set their own service and product prices, choose the brands they carry and keep the profits from both. Each suite has its own glass door and lock, and tenants decide their own artwork, music, furniture and decor.

Shared facilities include 24/7 building access and security, a self-locking front entrance, a shampoo bowl and styling chair in each suite, a spacious breakroom, on-site laundry, full-spectrum lighting, instant hot water and janitorial service. Studios can be customized to suit the tenant.

The Natick location sits on Route 9, which the company says carries about 60,000 cars a day, and offers free on-site parking. It is minutes from Natick Mall and Shoppers World, and SalonCentric, a professional beauty supply, is next door. Access hours vary by location.

The company says it has partnered with independent professionals for more than 20 years and now has more than 21,000 independent beauty and wellness professionals and a community of more than 20,000 business owners across more than 750 locations in the U.S. and Canada. Massachusetts locations are in Andover, Attleboro, Boston, Danvers, Dedham, Medford, Natick, Needham, Newton, Reading and Salem.

Tenants run their own businesses in private suites, setting their own prices, hours and product lines, while the building handles the shared space and utilities.

Each suite is private, with its own locked glass door and room for the tenant to decorate in their own style.
