Each suite has an individual glass door with its own lock and key, along with oversized glass doors, high-end cabinets, a shampoo bowl and a styling chair. Shared amenities include a breakroom, on-site laundry, full-spectrum lighting and sound-insulated walls.
Renters pay one weekly fee that covers all utilities and Wi-Fi. Suite access runs 24/7, though hours vary by location.
Renters can choose which brands and products they carry and keep all of the profit from them. The company describes its fee as outstanding value and says its community includes more than 20,000 independent business owners.
Independent professionals work from their own private suites, setting their own prices and choosing their own product lines.
