The building sits in West Ridge Plaza, directly across from Westland Mall. Tenants rent their own private suites rather than chairs in a shared room, so each professional runs an individual business from their own space.
Each suite includes full-spectrum lighting, 24/7 security, utilities, a shampoo bowl and a styling chair. Access hours vary by location, and tenants set their own schedules around their client bookings.
Tenants pay one weekly fee that covers all utilities and Wi-Fi. They set their own service and product prices, and keep all of the profit from the products they sell.
Each location is independently owned and operated, and tenants run their own businesses from their suites.
