Each suite has a glass door with its own lock and key, and renters receive a key of their own. Suites include full-spectrum lighting, a shampoo bowl and a styling chair. Utilities and Wi-Fi are covered by one weekly rent, so there are no separate charges to track. Renters decide their own artwork, music, furniture and décor.

Renters set their own working hours within the access hours of their location. They also set their own service and product prices, choose the brands they carry, and keep all of the profits from both. The building provides 24/7 security, a spacious breakroom, instant hot water, on-site laundry and bathroom facilities.

The site describes the suites as suited to beauty professionals with at least three years of experience and a clientele in the Jersey Shore area. The Toms River location lists nearby areas it serves, including Silver Ridge, Beachwood, South Toms River, Island Heights and Bayville.

The model is built around independent business ownership: renters run their own businesses, set their own prices and choose their own products.
