Each franchise location is independently owned and operated.
The studio model centers on renting suites to beauty professionals. Each salon professional and salon business at a location is independently owned and operated, so the professional runs their own business inside the building. The company states that it is not responsible for the operations, employment or personnel matters of franchise owners or independent professionals and businesses.
Some locations describe themselves as a local community of independent beauty professionals. Clients can book services online through the business's booking site, which is powered by Vagaro, and the booking is with the individual professional rather than a single salon team.
Each professional and salon business at a location is independently owned and operated, and the studio provides suite space for them to work from.
