Services fall into four groups: haircuts and styling, color, treatments and waxing. Haircuts cover women's, men's and children's cuts for children under seven, plus cuts without a blowout, blowouts, blowouts with curls and updos for special occasions. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Clients who repeatedly cancel at short notice may be asked to pay a deposit on later bookings. Problems with a service should be reported within seven days, and the salon may offer a complimentary adjustment. Cash and card refunds are not given. Bookings for the Platinum Card, keratin treatments and special occasion styling may require a deposit when booked, which is then credited toward the total. Deposits are kept for no-shows and late cancellations, but can be transferred to a new appointment if the booking is moved with notice.

Children are welcome for scheduled services but may not accompany an adult unless they are also having a service. Guests booking longer color or treatment appointments are asked to arrange childcare in advance.
