Booking follows a set order. A 15-minute virtual consultation costs $25 and must be scheduled before any appointment. Consultations are required before booking loc extensions, instant locs, starter locs, color services and major loc repair. Starter locs with an undercut also need a consultation booked first, or the appointment is cancelled.

Retwists and interlocking are priced by size and length. A retwist takes 1 hour 30 minutes for $125 and includes a deep cleansing shampoo and a retwist on medium locs of 85 or fewer. Interlocking roots takes 1 hour 40 minutes for $150 with the same shampoo and medium-loc range. Add-ons are chosen by loc count: Small for 86 to 125 locs and Micro for more than 125. Color can be combined with either service, at 3 hours for a retwist with color and 1 hour 40 minutes for interlocking with color, both at $275.

Longer and specialised appointments are listed separately. Starter locs for medium-size traditional starter locs use the two-strand twist method with a bricklay or free part, taking 3 hours for $275. Starter locs with an undercut take 2 hours 30 minutes for $150 and are offered on Tuesdays and every other Sunday. Soft locs take 3 hours for $300 with hair included. Instant locs turn natural loose hair into locs in a single 6-hour appointment for $650. Loc reattach takes 6 hours for $500. Loc extensions take 6 hours for $700 and use human hair crocheted into finished locs. Hair for extensions is not included in the price and must be dropped off one week before the appointment. Clients can buy it from the Etsy vendors Locsanity or Enams Place, or from another vendor of their choice.

Maintenance appointments are available for existing locs: Wicks Maintenance takes 2 hours for $185, and Microloc Maintenance takes 4 hours for $250.
