Services are grouped into Brows, Add-ons, Memberships and Packages. Brow shaping can be done by waxing, threading or tweezing, and tint and lamination can be combined with these. Tweezing and threading are offered for clients who cannot have waxing, and the business asks new clients and first-time tint or lamination clients to take a patch test before booking. Appointments are booked online or in person, with a non-refundable deposit that goes toward the service and the rest paid at the end of the visit. Cash and card are accepted.
Two membership plans bundle regular brow care. Pretty Privilege Club covers four natural shapings over two months with a lip wax at each visit, and Prestige Brow Society covers four hybrid stain and shaping sessions across a 12-week term with priority booking. Happy-hour style packages pair a brow service with a cocktail of the client's choice, a rose, and a memory foam massage bed experience, and some include a take-home gift.
Approved brow models can book discounted hybrid stain services on Mondays in exchange for consent to photo or video content for the business.
Brow enhancements are the core of the business, with shaping methods chosen around skin sensitivity and any prescription or active facial products. Patch tests are used before first-time tint or lamination.
