The studio runs as a small, appointment-focused space rather than a large floor of stylists. The waiting room offers wine. Clients quoted on the site describe the studio as clean, relaxing and intimate.

Men's and women's menus are listed separately. Men's services include ears, nostrils, brows, neck, back, chest and stomach, arms, back and shoulders, buns and crack, and a full intimate wax. Women's services include brows, lip and face areas, underarms, arms, legs, bikini and Brazilian waxing, with brow tinting and lash tinting also offered. The menu is not exhaustive, and clients can ask about services that are not listed.

Before an appointment, clients are asked not to shave and to let hair grow to about a quarter inch so the wax can grip. Afterward, the studio recommends exfoliating prone areas 24 to 48 hours later to help reduce ingrown hairs. Men are advised to book maintenance every four to six weeks, while several women's services are priced for a five-week return.

The studio works one-on-one with each client and chooses between hard wax for sensitive areas such as brows, lips, bikini and underarms, and soft wax removed with a strip for less sensitive areas.
