Requests for a special size or length should be mentioned when booking, and add-ons should be raised before the appointment. Same-day changes and add-ons are not accepted.

Only people who are having a service themselves may come along with a client. A child may be present only if they hold a booked service of their own and an adult is watching over them. Arriving more than 30 minutes late without letting the salon know counts as a no-show. A no-show without valid notice loses the deposit and blocks future bookings. Shared studio areas, apart from restrooms, are monitored by security cameras, and making a booking means agreeing to be recorded on the premises for safety, dispute resolution or legal reasons. Services are final and not refundable. A client who is unhappy should raise it before leaving or within 24 hours, and the stylist may offer adjustments at their discretion. Disrespectful or inappropriate conduct ends the service on the spot and leads to a permanent ban from booking.
