Every visit begins with a 30-minute consultation that costs $50 and is used to confirm that a plan suits the client's skin, schedule and budget. Treatments and products are explained before anything is sold.

The skin care menu includes custom corrective facials built around skin type, the Soft Touch Gold Facial for the face, neck, decolletage and hands, chemical peels, the Carbon Peel (which the business calls the Hollywood peel and says has no downtime), microneedling, LED therapy for acne, sun damage and stressed skin, and makeup for regular clients. Brow and lash tinting and BOTOX are also listed.

The laser menu covers laser hair removal, tattoo removal, IPL facials for acne and rosacea, RF skin tightening, RF microneedling, scar softening, spider vein treatment with pulsed light, and non-invasive body contouring, which the business describes as pain-free with no downtime. The business states that its lasers are new, Class IV, medical grade and FDA-approved platforms. Individual results vary, according to the business.

Appointments are booked online with full prepayment through Square. Cancellations or reschedules need 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations or missed appointments carry a 50% fee.
