The lash and brow menu is the core of the studio. Brow Lamination takes 45 minutes, including shaping and tinting, costs $115, and is suited to sparse, unruly, downward-growing or uneven brows; results last roughly six to eight weeks. Brow tinting and brow staining are also offered, with staining lasting about 12 days on the skin and about six weeks on the hair. Lash work includes classic, soft and volume sets, with classic extensions applied one-to-one to natural lashes. Classic fill-ins are for existing clients and are due every two to three weeks. The Korean Lash Lift includes a lash tint and uses gentle ingredients and techniques; it works without extensions.
Facials and waxing round out the menu. The Soft Society Signature Facial is an hour that includes cleansing, facial massage, steaming and extractions if wanted. Dermaplaning can be booked as a standalone express facial, paired with a brow service, or added to a facial or lash lift. Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, legs, back and bikini area, with combined leg-and-bikini options. Spray tans are airbrushed, in full-body and half-body versions.
Packages bundle repeat services at a lower price than booking each visit separately. Clients with a package book services as usual through the services page, and package credits apply automatically at checkout.
The studio is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 AM to 3 PM, and Sunday from 10 AM to 2 PM. It is closed Thursdays and Saturdays. Clients who cannot keep an appointment are asked to let the studio know as soon as possible so it can be rescheduled.
Before brow services, clients are asked to avoid retinol, prescription acne medications and exfoliating products around the brow area for at least one week. Brazilian and bikini waxes work best when hair is about a quarter inch long. Afterward, clients are asked to skip exfoliating, hot baths, saunas and intense workouts for 24 hours, then start gentle exfoliation two to three days later.
Services are built around comfort and gentle methods, with lash lifts and brow lamination using gentle ingredients and techniques.
