Facials are the core of the menu. Options include a First Time Client Facial that includes a consultation, skin analysis, a customized treatment, a treatment plan and a homecare routine; a Soft Life Acne Facial for breakouts, congestion and inflammation; a Soft Life Brightening Facial for dullness, uneven tone and dark spots; and several glow facials, including a Diamond Glow with customized hydrating serums, a Hydra Glow using water-based hydrodermabrasion, and a Hydrojelly Glow using a hydrojelly mask. A Customized Facial is available for all skin types, and a Back Facial is offered as well. Peels include the No Peel Peel, a gentle option with little to no downtime; the Pigment Correct Peel for hyperpigmentation such as melasma and sun spots, which is listed as suitable for Fitzpatrick skin types I to VI; the Bright & Even Peel; and the Acne Peel, which the business does not recommend for active eczema or rosacea flare-ups, pregnancy or breastfeeding without doctor approval, or strong acne medications such as Accutane. Microneedling is offered on its own and before clients go over pre-treatment preparation steps, including stopping certain retinoids, acids and exfoliants in the days before.

Booking details matter here. A consultation is offered at no charge and lasts 15 minutes. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service. Some bookings carry a deposit, and in-person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are final once sold.
