The menu is organized around brows, lashes, facials, lips and permanent makeup, with brow lamination, henna brows and a Corea lash lift among the everyday services. Micropigmentation is offered in two techniques, semi-permanent hair-stroke brows and powder brows, and lip blush is available in natural to vibrant shades. Permanent makeup touch-ups are scheduled at set intervals after the procedure, and laser and chemical removal are offered for permanent makeup that clients want taken off.

New clients can book a $50 consultation, which lasts 20 minutes, before committing to a procedure. The fee is deducted from the total if the client goes ahead. Micropigmentation, first-client lip blush and lip blush with nano brows require a $50 deposit. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit. Arrivals more than 10 to 15 minutes late may need to rebook.

Payment is taken, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The business is open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM, and is closed on Sundays.
