The studio is owned and run by Brandi Mattice, and its services are almost all hair work. Hours are Monday and Tuesday from noon to 8 PM, Wednesday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM.

About

Color and blonding make up much of the menu. Full color is a single shade applied from root to end, with one full bowl of mixture included and extra bowls at $15 each. Root retouches can include custom color to cover gray or change overall color, and blonding is done with a custom foil pattern. There is also a hairline detail for face-framing highlights, an on-scalp bleach and toner service, and a stand-alone toner. Corrective color is billed by the hour, so clients are asked to describe their current color and goal when booking.

Several treatments address hair condition. Malibu treatments are offered for blonde hair, for hard water, chlorine or product buildup, and as add-ons to color. The blonding Malibu treatment uses Olaplex and Brazilian Blowout conditioning. The Brazilian Blowout is a smoothing treatment for frizzy hair, priced from $200 on the Friday special and $250 at other times, and the studio notes that results last up to 12 weeks.

Styling services include a women's haircut, a dry cut for clients who arrive with washed and smoothly styled hair, a wash and style, and a Friday blowout special. Roots on the Go is a service where clients leave with wet hair. Hair extensions can be installed by one or two rows, with the wash not included, and tape-in extensions can be removed, including a wash and style, though reinstallation is not included.

Booking comes with a few firm policies. A credit card is required at booking, and a no-call or no-show is charged the full service price, as is a cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment. Arriving 15 or more minutes late may mean rescheduling or a $15 fee. Brazilian Blowout bookings require a $100 deposit. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when a service is booked on the services page.

Treatments are paired with color and blonding work, and free 15-minute consultations are offered for color, extensions and smoothing before booking.
