The menu covers natural nail gel work, gel polish, dip powder, acrylic, Gel X and hard gel. Acrylic sets are long full sets with detailed nail art, with fills about every three weeks. Booking is easiest by phone or text, since the lines are open around the clock. The salon says about 85% of its days are filled with appointments and suggests calling ahead before walking in. Clients get a confirmation text three hours before the appointment and must reply Y or N within an hour, or the booking is canceled. Requested times can shift 15 to 30 minutes, though 10am appointments stay fixed. Cancellations need at least two to three hours' notice, and no card on file or deposit is required. Changes to services should be shared as soon as possible rather than at arrival. Payment is accepted by cash, tap card, Apple Pay and GPay. Children are welcome, including those who come along without a service.

Hygiene is a stated focus. The salon says it never reuses hand files, buffers, sand bands or other porous tools. Pedicures use pipeless chairs with a plastic liner and a jet head, and a sanitizing tablet goes into the tub for each pedicure.
