SOBH Sports is led by Dr. Nader Sobh, a sports medicine physician and osteopathic physician (D.O.). The practice is built around nonsurgical treatment, aiming to address pain and injuries through hands-on care, imaging and regenerative options, and to keep patients out of the operating room when possible. The practice describes itself as a premier destination for manual therapy in Los Angeles.

A first visit begins with a hands-on evaluation and same-day in-house musculoskeletal ultrasound, which allows a diagnosis at that appointment. The team then builds a personalized plan around the patient's goals, which may combine osteopathic treatment, ultrasound-guided injections and regenerative medicine. No referral is needed to book.

There are two locations. The West Hollywood office is at 1335 N. La Brea Avenue, Suite 3. The DTLA Arts District office is at 1325 Palmetto Street, Suite 160, entered through Union Cowork, about seven minutes from Downtown Los Angeles by US-101 South, taking Exit 1B for Fourth Street and then Palmetto Street.

Medicare is accepted in-network, but Medicare Advantage plans are not. In-network PPO plans include Aetna, Cigna, Blue Shield, Health Net and Anthem Blue Cross, and self-pay is also offered. Coverage varies, so the office asks patients to confirm benefits before a visit. PRP and most aesthetic services are typically self-pay. The practice notes that PRP results are not guaranteed and that some indications may not be FDA-approved.
