Soar Boutique opened in 2018, when the owners of a local wellness spa offered owner Deb VK space to rent at their facility. The center is in the New Town West Mini Suites in Crown Point and is open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day of the week. Parking is free on the street or in the Crown Point Library lot.

The main service is bioresonance therapy. A one-hour full body scan costs $130. Sensor pads and headphones send frequency sound waves, and the results cover more than 40 major organs and bodily systems, including food sensitivities, allergies, heavy metals, hormones, digestion and dental profile. Clients receive a detailed report and then a treatment plan. Cell Frequency Treatments cost $50 and follow a scan, and homeopathic pellets are available on request, at $10 a tube, based on scan results. The site recommends one scan per year.

The cocoon fitness pod and the whole-body infrared red light bed are each offered as 20-minute sessions for $25, and that price covers use of both. Clients control the temperature and settings, with low or medium heat options. The pod has four temperature and setting choices, with vibrating massage, heated jade stones, Himalayan salt and optional aromatherapy. The site says some clients notice changes after the first session, while others may need three to eight sessions. A $100 monthly membership gives unlimited use of both beds, seven days a week during opening hours.

For a pod session, the site suggests drinking plenty of water and avoiding large meals beforehand. Loose clothing is recommended because clients sweat, and clients may wear a bathing suit, athletic clothing, underwear or nothing. Clients are asked to wait one to two hours before showering afterward. Anyone with a medical condition should mention it before booking a pod appointment.
