The menu runs from a skin analysis and product review, through a longer maintenance facial and a peptide-based renewal facial, to microneedling, a TCA microneedling option for acne scars and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, and a BioRePeel TCA peel.
A typical visit begins with a 15-minute consultation covering a skin analysis and product review, which costs $50 and is credited toward a treatment if you book one. Clients are asked to text the studio before booking for a brief assessment, and the listed contact email is sav@soskinnyc.com.
The maintenance facial is a 90-minute session that combines an analysis, steam, a double cleanse, an enzyme treatment, microdermabrasion, extractions, hydration, red light, microcurrent, high frequency and topical products. The peptide renewal facial runs 105 minutes and adds microcurrent to a peptide-based treatment that the business says can leave skin feeling tighter for several days.
Microneedling sessions run 90 minutes and create controlled micro-injuries intended to stimulate collagen and elastin. The neck is included, and chest treatment is an extra $50. Exosome and PDRN add-ons can be combined with microneedling, and the business suggests three to six sessions for the best results.
Clients should plan around the treatment schedule: arrive with makeup-free skin, avoid active skincare such as retinol or acids for 24 hours beforehand, skip shaving the area the day before, and avoid laser or aggressive treatments within 7 days. Clients who have had Botox are asked to wait one to two weeks before microneedling. Regular skincare can usually resume 24 hours after a facial, two to three days after microneedling and seven to ten days after a peel.
The studio starts each visit with a skin analysis and builds treatments from there, layering devices such as microcurrent, high frequency and red light with peels, microneedling and regenerative add-ons. Several treatments are described as series rather than one-off visits.
