Lashes and brows make up much of the menu. Lash extensions come in classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume styles, with refill sets, glitter, colored and jewelry add-ons, and bottom lash extensions. For natural lashes there is a semi-permanent lash lift and lash tinting in brown or black. Brow options include tinting, a wax with tint, and a semi-permanent brow lamination that lasts four to six weeks. Lash removal uses a remover that loosens the adhesive bond.
Skin services include dermaplaning, a vagacial, anti-aging and anti-pigmentation facials, a BB glow facial that combines a deep cleanse, superficial microneedling, a customized serum and red light therapy, a hydrodermabrasion facial, and a back facial with extractions. Waxing ranges from small areas like the lip and chin to full legs and full body, and the studio uses Cerapil wax.
Refill sets must be booked no more than three weeks after the previous set and at least half of the extensions should still be in place. A 30-minute mini refill is only offered within seven to ten days of the last visit. A refill and brow package combines a lash refill with a brow wax or shaping for less than the two services separately. Packages can be booked through the contact page, and existing package credits apply automatically at checkout.
The salon asks for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations and reschedules. Changes made inside that window are billed at half the service price, while same-day cancellations and no-shows are billed the full price. A client who turns up more than 10 minutes after their appointment time might have to book again, and a cancellation fee could also apply.
