The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged the full fee, with a deposit needed for future bookings. Payment can be made in cash, by credit or debit card, or by mobile payment; personal checks and American Express are not accepted, and card payments carry a 2% surcharge. The salon does not work over another salon's nail work, so nails must be started over. Nails not originally done at the salon carry an SNS dipping powder take-off fee of $15 or more, and a product-only take-off is offered only alongside another manicure or SNS service. Concerns about a service must be raised within 72 hours, and sales are final.
