Permanent brow work is planned across more than one visit. Brow work typically takes two sessions, with the touch-up scheduled after healing: 4 to 8 weeks after the first session for the initial touch-up. The studio notes that results from powder and combo brows last one to three years, and recommends annual touch-ups. Saline brow tattoo removal can lighten unwanted brow pigment, address migrated or overly saturated color, and prepare brows for future permanent makeup. Clients are asked to send a clear photo of their brows first so suitability can be assessed.
Lash services cover classic single-lash extensions, hybrid and volume sets, and fills for returning clients. A classic set places synthetic lashes on single natural lashes, while the volume and mega volume sets fan several lashes onto each natural lash for a fuller look. Lightweight lash fans are used for the light volume set. A Korean lash lift and tint is glueless and customized to eye shape. Temporary options include strip lashes and cluster lashes, which are priced for a natural or a full look.
Booking comes with clear policies. A 20% nonrefundable deposit secures the appointment and is applied to the service. One reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice. A $15 late fee applies at 15 minutes late, and arrivals beyond that are treated as cancellations. Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions and treatments before booking, and should reschedule if they feel unwell or have a fever or cough. Brows treated by another artist need approval first, using clear, makeup-free front and 45-degree photos. Phone consultations are free; an in-person consultation for photo review costs $25 and does not count toward the service. Cash, Apple Cash, Cash App and Zelle are accepted, and card payments carry a 3% fee.
Brow and lash work is planned around each client's starting point, with permanent brow services spread across a healing period and touch-ups booked afterward. Lash styles range from natural-looking to fuller volume, and the Korean lift is adjusted to each eye shape.
