The facial menu ranges from a 30-minute Polar Express Facial, a shorter version of the Classic SnowAngel Facial, to 70-minute treatments. The Classic SnowAngel suits all skin types and beginners, focusing on exfoliation, hydration and nourishment. Other facials are matched to concerns: the Winter Cascade for sensitive, dry or redness-prone skin, the Crystal Clear Acne Facial for oily, impure skin with basic extractions, the Bright and Shining Oxygen Facial for dullness and hyperpigmentation, and the Avalanche of Youth for aging skin in clients 30 and over. The Snowman Facial is designed for men, can be customized, and includes care for facial hair with a nourishing oil.

Body services include the Snow and Glow Body Scrub, a full-body mechanical exfoliation finished with a hot towel removal and moisturizer, and the Citrus Glow Hydration Wrap, which combines a citrus cardamom exfoliating mask, a lemongrass green tea scrub and a warmed oil scalp massage. Massage options include a face massage that begins with a gentle cleanse and extends to the neck and shoulders, and a longer warmed oil scalp session covering scalp, hair, neck and shoulders. Waxing covers brows, underarms, bikini and Brazilian areas.

Packages of three facials or three waxes cost less than booking single visits, and package credit applies automatically at checkout when a package holder books as usual. Clients who cannot keep an appointment are asked to let the studio know as soon as possible so it can be rescheduled. Before waxing, clients are asked to avoid hair removal for about three to four weeks so hair reaches roughly grain-of-rice length, and to gently exfoliate the area 24 to 48 hours beforehand. Afterward, loose, breathable clothing is recommended.

Treatments are paired with seasonal and general skin care and wellness advice.
