The salon works with organic and natural products, and its pedicures use eight kinds of natural products. The Organic Deluxe Pedicure includes a hot stone treatment, a hot towel, and a leg massage, and takes about 45 minutes.
Booking starts with a non-refundable $30 deposit, paid by Zelle, and the appointment is guaranteed once payment arrives. Walk-ins are welcome, but waits can be long, so the salon recommends booking, and booked clients are seen before walk-ins. Arriving late may mean a shortened service or losing the appointment and deposit. Unpaid bookings are canceled.
Tools are sterilized after every client. Nails that break, crack, or peel because of a product or application issue are repaired free within a warranty period of 3 to 7 days from the service date; normal wear and tear is not covered and a service fee may apply. Clients who are unhappy with a service should say so before it ends, and the salon will stop and not charge for that service. Tips are not included in prices. Children are welcome if they stay seated and supervised, and outside food and drink are not allowed in the service area. The salon closes at 6pm, and emergency service outside regular hours is available by arrangement at a higher price, requested by call or text first with the price quoted before arrival.
