Snatched Lash was founded by Miyono Sanders, who built the business from the ground up. The business describes itself as a movement and community of lash artists, with a mission to help aspiring and experienced artists build skills, confidence and careers in the beauty industry.

Extension services cover full sets and fills in several styles: Hybrid, Volume, Mega Volume, Wet N Wispy, Anime and Foxeye. Full sets are $220 and take 135 to 165 minutes depending on the style. Hybrid sets mix classic and handmade volume fans in equal parts, Wet N Wispy sets look like a classic set but are darker and bolder, and Foxeye sets use specialty curls to define the outer lash line. Fills run $110 to $120 for most styles, and a $75 Mini Fill is available only within 7 days of the previous appointment, is not open to new clients, and carries one price for every style.

Fills are meant for maintenance rather than reconstruction and must be booked 14 to 21 days after the previous appointment. Clients need at least half of their natural lashes for a fill; otherwise a full set may be charged. Lash fullness depends on the health and amount of natural lashes. Volume sets use 2 to 5 extensions per natural lash and Mega Volume sets use 5 to 15. Deposits are $100 for full sets, $35 for fills and $20 for removal.

Before a full set, a free 30-minute consultation includes a patch test of a few individual lashes per eye, checked for an allergic reaction over 48 to 72 hours. The site advises booking it two to three days ahead of the full set appointment. The Korean Lash Lift ($100, 60 minutes, with a $50 deposit) uses silicone pads and a perm solution to lift natural lashes for 6 to 8 weeks. Lash extension removal ($45, 30 minutes) uses a professional remover. Work done by another lash artist needs the Foreign Removal add-on, which allows more time. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.

Training is a separate offering for people who want to become lash artists. The Classic Lash Artistry Course is a 2-day, 16-hour private course for complete beginners at $1,500 with a $500 deposit, and includes a $200 student kit, certification, product discounts and continued mentorship. The Volume Artistry Pro Course is a 2-day, 16-hour advanced course at $1,200 for certified lash artists, covering fan-making, lash weight rules and mapping for different eye shapes. The Wispy Dreams Artistry Course is a one-day, 8-hour course at $1,000 for experienced artists. The All Styles Mastery Course is a one-on-one, 3-day course covering Classic, Hybrid and Volume at $1,900, with a student kit for up to 20 clients, a lash manual, certification and model practice. The Snatched Lash Lift Training is a one-on-one, 8-hour certification course at $1,000 with two live models, a lash lift kit, a manual and a certificate. A free 15-minute call covers training options, pricing and scheduling. Prospective students complete a two-step application, and an advisor follows up to discuss enrollment.

The business says students can earn $100K in as little as one to two years, that lash artists can earn up to $300 per client, and that lash artistry is a faster and more affordable route than many traditional careers, with about $3,000 in average training tuition. These are the business's own claims. Its online shop sells lash prep products, adhesives, extension trays, cleanser, primer, adhesive remover and aftercare products, and the shop states that all sales are final.

Training is hands-on, with live or real models, personalized guidance and ongoing mentorship after the course. The business's stated mission is to build skills and careers for lash artists.
