Services are arranged by hairstyle and size, and each is booked into a designated time slot. Box braids come in five sizes from jumbo to small, priced from $125 to $250, and the booking site lists estimated times from about 2 hours 30 minutes for jumbo up to about 6 hours 40 minutes for small. Knotless braids follow the same size scale and include Miracle Knotless options, priced from $135 to $275 depending on size.

How hair is supplied varies by style. For listed braiding services, the booking site provides regular 26-inch pre-stretched braiding hair in shades 1B, 2 and 4. Clients bring their own hair for any other shade and for all crochet services. A different shade may sometimes be arranged with at least 72 hours' notice and a $25 fee.

Booking terms are firm. No deposit is needed to book, but a new client who misses an appointment without calling must pay a $25 deposit before any future booking. A $10 late fee applies at 10 minutes late and a $25 fee at 20 minutes or more. An appointment is canceled if a client is 30 minutes late with no communication, and clients expecting to be late should contact the salon as soon as possible, since rescheduling may be possible. Recurring clients are charged a fee after two consecutive infractions, meaning two no-call/no-shows or two last-minute cancellations within their control. Each infraction and any resulting fee is reported to the client by text. If an appointment is pushed back because of another client or unforeseen circumstances, the late fee is deducted from the total. All prices and fees are non-negotiable and may change at the owner's discretion.
