The lounge was founded by Sinthia, a licensed nail specialist who also founded Sinamin Nails. Each appointment is tailored to the client, and the business puts quality, detail and care first.

The nail menu covers sculpting builder gel and hard gel work, from overlays to extensions with nail forms, plus manicures, pedicures, gel color removal and nail repair. The Luxury Pedicure includes deep exfoliation, a clay mask, callus removal, an aromatherapy-scented massage and hot stones. Gel Refresh, also called a color change, is a single gel color; it is recommended one week after a fill-in or full set and cannot be booked when a fill-in is needed. Rebalances are recommended every two to three weeks, and pricing may vary after three weeks. Clients are asked to avoid shaving their legs 24 hours before a pedicure.

Esthetics are offered under the name Esthetic Gallery by Mel, with the Signature Radiance Facial, a Teen Facial for younger, sensitive or acne-prone skin, and standalone dermaplaning that can be added to any facial. Eyebrow services run under the name Neu Arc Studio and include brow sculpting, mapping, semi-permanent tinting, a hybrid tint and henna stain, and Ombre Powder Brows, a semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo. The lash menu offers a Korean lash lift and tint without extensions, and makeup covers special-occasion looks. Brazilian waxing starts at $70.

Each visit is tailored to the individual client, with quality, detail and care given priority.
