Scalp micropigmentation creates the look of closely shaved hair follicles or fuller coverage for thinning hair, and the head does not need to be shaved for male or female pattern baldness. It is a non-surgical appearance treatment: it does not regrow hair or address the cause of hair loss. Complete treatments are priced from $2,500 to $4,500 and include every session needed for the agreed plan. According to the studio, a touch-up is typically needed after five to ten years, depending on skin, lifestyle, sun exposure and aftercare.

Beard micropigmentation uses follicle-like impressions to fill patchy facial hair, sharpen the beard line and create the look of denser stubble, and it can also camouflage facial scarring. It does not grow facial hair or add length, and it usually takes three to four sessions at the studio. Priced from $600 to $1,800, it is one of several services alongside scar camouflage for scalp scars, including scars from FUE and FUT hair transplants, and brow work. Brows include microblading, ombre or shadow brows and combination brows. Lip blushing enhances natural lip color and definition without adding volume and costs $650 with a touch-up included. Color retention and final appearance vary by client.

The studio is at 31260 Pacific Hwy S, Suite #3 in Federal Way, in a strip-mall location with onsite parking, including accessible spaces. It is open 10 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week. Clients from Seattle typically face a drive of about 20 to 30 minutes, and Sea-Tac Airport is about 15 minutes away. Appointments can be spaced to allow extra time between visits for people traveling for treatment. The academy trains people to become PMU and SMP technicians and is based at the same studio.

Consultations begin with a one-on-one review of goals, existing hair or pigment, and a proposed plan that is explained before the client decides. Scalp work is built in layers, starting with a lighter base session, adding density in later sessions and finishing with a detailing session.
