Brazilian waxing and a range of eyebrow services are the salon's specialties. Brow work includes brow waxing with tint, brow lamination combined with waxing and tint for a defined but natural look, and lash lifts with tint, where each lash is lifted and then tinted. Brow tint is a semi-permanent dye that typically lasts four to six weeks on the brow hairs and may lightly stain the skin for a day or two.

Rooms and beds are cleaned before each client appointment. The waiting area has a gas fireplace, refreshments and reading material. Repeat clients receive special rates. Clients can book online through the Client Portal, and new clients register there using the Join Now option. Hours are Monday 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, Tuesday through Friday 9:00 am to 6:30 pm, and Saturday 10:00 am to 12:30 pm, with the salon closed on Sundays.

Spray tans are applied with the tent method: the client changes behind a curtain while a fine mist of tanning solution is sprayed over the body. Before a spray tan, clients are asked to skip face makeup, exfoliate, and wear loose clothing. Afterward, they should avoid showering or swimming for eight hours and moisturize daily with a fragrance-free lotion.

For waxing, the salon suggests drinking water instead of coffee or alcohol for a couple of hours beforehand, and moisturizing the day before with an unscented product. Hair should be about a quarter inch long, or about two to two and a half weeks of growth after a recent shave. Clients may be waxed during their period, with a tampon and the string tucked, though skin may be more sensitive. Afterward, the salon advises exfoliating 24 hours later and twice a week following, and wearing loose clothing while avoiding heavy sweating. A wax typically lasts about two weeks, and the salon recommends returning every four weeks.
