Several visits add a skin treatment to the wax. The Hydrojelly mask is a finishing add-on for freshly waxed skin, priced at $40 for 15 minutes, and the business says it helps lighten, brighten, and address discoloration and scarring. Before a visit, clients are asked to exfoliate 24 to 48 hours ahead, take a warm shower, and skip deodorant, powder, makeup, perfume, lotion, and self-tanner on the area. For a first wax, hair should be about the length of a grain of rice. Staff trim hair on arrival and work around body piercings, so there is no need to trim at home. Clients can be waxed once every four weeks and should wait three to five days before sun, heat, saunas, or heavy workouts.

Minors can be waxed with consent from both the parent or guardian and the minor, and bikini waxing for a minor requires a parent or legal guardian present to sign a Minor Consent Form.

Waxing is done with a blend of organic hard and soft honey wax, and staff wear powder-free vinyl gloves. Clients should tell their esthetician about any medications that may interfere with services; listed prescribed medications cannot be waxed while in use, and the business asks for a three-month wait after those and one year after Accutane.

The shop also sells products for home care: a handmade body scrub in lemon, eucalyptus, warm vanilla, and oatmeal and honey scents, a Smooth Power growth oil for eyelashes and brows made with natural castor oil, a natural deodorant, and PFB Vanish with Chromabright, a post-wax roll-on gel for ingrown hairs and skin brightening.
