The menu covers bikini waxing from a simple bikini line or butt strip up to a full Brazilian, plus underarms, stomach, chest, back, shoulders, butt and both legs. Facial services include brows, lip, chin, nose, cheeks, ears, neck, sideburns and a full face, and brow and lash tinting is also offered. Several packages combine services, and some bundles are priced below booking each one separately. Bikini services are not offered for men.

Clients can pay with Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards are sold. Last-minute cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment carry a 50% fee, and no-shows are charged in full.

Whitney uses both soft and hard wax and prefers hard wax because it is gentler on the skin, aiming to keep clients relaxed during the visit and leave skin smooth afterward.
