Clients arrive with clean, product-free and oil-free hair, because the salon does not wash hair on-site. Hair that is not clean will not be serviced, and the deposit is forfeited. Blown-out hair is preferred. Hair is included in every hairstyle.

Appointments are not rushed. Clients are asked to return every 6-8 weeks for maintenance. Guests and children are not permitted to sit with clients during services, and anyone who is sick or has active allergies is asked to reschedule.

Pricing has a few set rules. Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is paid in cash when the client is seated, and Cash App and Zelle are not accepted. Arriving more than 10 minutes late results in a $30 late fee or a cancelled service. Early morning requests carry extra fees of $50 at 6 AM, $30 at 7 AM and $20 at 8 AM, and holiday appointments carry an additional $50-100.
