Smith & Mane

Smith & Mane is a boutique salon in Palm Harbor. Color and blondes are its specialty, and the salon says it works with brands it considers among the top in the industry.

Before any service, the salon runs an extensive consultation to learn what each guest wants. New guests must have a consultation before any chemical service. Guests who want extra time for a consultation can add it when booking online before a same-day service.

Appointments run Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 7:00pm and Saturday from 10:00am to 4:00pm. Guests should arrive within 15 minutes of their appointment time. Children are welcome by appointment, and guests are asked not to bring extra friends or family.

Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours notice. Later notice is charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no notice is charged 100%. Cancellation and no-show fees are charged automatically to the card on file. Adjustments must be requested within 7 days of the original service. Changes that move the hair back toward the original goal are complimentary, while other changes may be charged. Adjustments are not complimentary if chemicals were applied by the guest or another professional since the visit.

Unopened products can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Opened products can be exchanged only if used one time or less. Opened or used products are not refundable.
