New clients begin with a New Client Consultation, which the team uses to assess the skin and build a personalized plan. Visits range from classic facials and microdermabrasion to peels, microneedling, radio frequency and micro-channeling treatments for the face, neck, body and scalp.

Several services are sold as multi-visit programs. Collagen Induction Therapy is recommended as a series of three treatments about a month apart, and the 4-Week Glow Plan combines a facial, Collagen Induction Therapy, microdermabrasion and a chemical peel, along with home care products the client is required to use. Package pricing is available for DiamondTome microdermabrasion, the Deluxe HydraFacial and microneedling, each with a buy-three-get-one-free offer. Before treatment, clients are asked to pause retinol, tretinoin, AHAs or BHAs for at least five to seven days. More advanced treatments require stopping prescription medications for at least two months, or a doctor's consent. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations are charged 50% of the booked service. No-shows are charged the full amount and cannot rebook. Late arrivals may have their session shortened.

Listed prices include LED panel therapy at $79, Glow2facial at $189, and RF treatments from $350 for the face up to $595 for cellulite. ProCell Therapies are $150 for the neck, $350 for the face and $550 for the scalp, with body pricing varying. DermaFrac is $450 for the face and neck, and body, stretch mark and scar pricing is discussed at the appointment.
