Threading is a core service. It removes hair at the follicle with a twisted thread rolled over the skin, without chemicals. Facial and body waxing apply wax to the area and remove it with a cloth or paper strip after about thirty seconds. Facial spa options run from a short flash facial to an acne facial and a full facial. Complimentary consultations are offered before services, with recommendations for skin care products and treatments.

Eyelash extensions are applied one at a time with medical grade adhesive, and the lower lashes are protected with a gel eye pad. A full set takes about an hour and a half, and clients lie down with their eyes closed. A free consultation comes first to choose the lash style, and post-care instructions are given afterward. Clients are asked to keep the eye area dry for at least 24 hours and to use water-based mascara and oil-free or water-based makeup remover. Refills are recommended every two to four weeks, or when about half to 60 percent of extensions have shed, and take roughly 45 to 60 minutes. The site describes the eyelash technician as licensed.

Customers are asked not to park in the Office Max lot. Designated parking is on the Lofts Bennion premises on 9th East, and there is street parking around the salon.
